Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Cancelling preserves valid plan access, unused valid credits and eligible MT5 access until the existing expiry. Cancellation is separate from a refund request.

Voluntary refunds

After first use of the digital service, PIPXO does not offer voluntary refunds, except where mandatory legal rights apply. Checkout asks for an express request for immediate performance and records the policy versions accepted.

Cases reviewed

• Duplicate payment.
• Verified payment with failed entitlement activation.
• Material non-delivery caused by PIPXO.
• Verified overpayment or incorrect amount.
• Provider-confirmed reversal or a mandatory legal right.

Cryptocurrency refunds

Where approved and operationally possible, a refund is intended for the same network and verified originating or approved wallet. Network/provider fees may be deducted. Recovery, timing and value cannot be guaranteed. Duplicate or excess value may instead be resolved by access extension where agreed and feasible.

Use support@pipxo.com or the signed-in Help Desk and provide the PIPXO order/payment identifier and a non-secret transaction reference. Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or MT5 credentials.
