Terms of Service
Welcome, and how this agreement works
These Terms are the agreement between you and PIPXO for your use of the pipxo.com website, the analysis service and the optional MT5 software. Together with the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer and the Cookie and Tracking Policy on this page, they form the whole agreement between us about the service.
In this document, "PIPXO", "we" and "us" mean the operator of the pipxo.com website and service, whose contact details are in the Contact section. "You" means the person using the service. A "consumer" is an individual who uses PIPXO wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Anyone else is a "business customer".
Other terms used in this document: a "credit" is a unit of access to the analysis service; a "paid credit" is a credit that comes with a paid plan or package; a "package" is a paid plan bought for 1, 3, 6 or 12 periods of 30 days; the "Free trial" is the limited allowance described under Plans and credits; and the "Expert Advisor" or "EA" is the optional MetaTrader 5 software described under Optional MT5 software.
Where two parts of this document appear to differ, the more specific provision for that subject applies (for example, the refund terms for refunds and the Privacy Policy for personal data).
Eligibility and your account
To use PIPXO you need to be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and permitted to use the service and to trade where you live. Please give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account, and activity using your valid credentials is treated as yours unless you tell us promptly that your account has been compromised. Each account is for one person. If you think someone else has accessed your account, contact us straight away and we will help you secure it.
The service
PIPXO provides access to market-analysis software and analytical credits. You are buying access to the software, not a financial result. For a supported instrument and timeframe, an analysis can include a direction, a potential Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit, risk context, a quality score, a risk and lot-size calculation, and a written explanation of price action and market structure. The numerical plan is calculated mainly by logic applied to market data. AI is used mainly to explain the context in words, and a standard template explanation may be shown instead if the AI service is unavailable.
"No setup" is a valid result. It means the rules found no eligible setup at that moment, and it is not an error.
We keep improving PIPXO and may change features, instruments or timeframes as the product develops. If we make a change that materially reduces what you have paid for, we will tell you and put it right as the law requires, which may include a remedy for the unused part of your access.
Plans and credits
The Free trial provides 5 credits for 7 days from activation, or until the credits are used, whichever comes first. There is one trial per account. It is a chance to get to know the product, its functionality and its limits before you decide whether to buy, and it is separate from any paid plan. Using the Free trial does not affect any right you have in relation to a paid plan you buy later. Buying a paid plan is entirely optional and is your own decision, made after you have had the opportunity to try the Free trial. Plans do not renew automatically.
One credit is used when a setup is delivered to you. A request that ends with "No setup", or that cannot be completed because the instrument is unsupported or market data is insufficient or unavailable, does not use a credit. A credit is used when a setup is delivered even if the written commentary is a standard template because the AI service was unavailable. If a credit is reserved for an analysis that then cannot be delivered to you because of a technical failure, we complete that same analysis or return the credit automatically, and repeating the same request never charges you twice. If you believe a credit was used without a setup being delivered to you, or an analysis was defective, contact us and we will review it as described under Analysis outputs, accuracy and credit restoration.
When you buy a multi-period package, the credits for all of its periods are added to your account and remain valid until the package ends. In any single 30-day cycle you can use up to the allowance of your plan for one period. Credits left when the package ends expire. Credits are access units for the service. They are not money, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. A credit is not a promise of any number of setups or of any result.
Allowances and features can change for future purchases. A change does not reduce what you have already bought.
Analysis outputs, accuracy and credit restoration
PIPXO provides automated, rule-based market analysis for informational and analytical purposes. All outputs, including market direction, entry levels, stop losses, take profits, risk calculations, quality scores and AI commentary, are estimates generated from available information and predefined analytical methods.
PIPXO does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, reliability, suitability or trading performance of any analysis or output. No output is a guarantee of market behaviour, successful execution or financial results. This does not affect our responsibility to provide the service with reasonable care and skill.
You remain responsible for independently evaluating all information before you make or authorise any trading decision, including decisions involving the optional MT5 software.
If an analysis is materially incomplete, was not delivered after a credit was used, fails to generate correctly or contains a verifiable technical or calculation error, you can submit a support request. Our standard remedy for a verified issue of this kind is to restore the credit used by the affected request.
A result that is unprofitable, a market that moves against a setup, a Stop Loss being reached, a Take Profit not being reached, or a valid "No setup" result is not a technical failure and does not lead to credit restoration.
Credit restoration is an administrative service remedy. It is not an admission of liability, a confirmation of a trading loss, a guarantee of accuracy, or an agreement to compensate for market losses, missed opportunities or other financial outcomes, and it is not an unlimited entitlement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, credit restoration is our standard remedy for a verified defective analytical request. It does not replace or limit any statutory remedy or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Payments
Payments are processed by NOWPayments in supported USDT on the TRC20 or BEP20 network. A payment request stays open for a limited time. Paid access starts when the payment provider verifies your payment and our system completes your order. A pending, failed, expired or materially short payment does not create paid access, so please check the amount, network and address at checkout before you send. Cryptocurrency transfers are usually irreversible, and a transfer sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in the wrong asset may not be recoverable by anyone.
You are responsible for the blockchain network fees and any wallet or exchange charges that apply when you send a payment, and the full quoted amount must reach the payment address for the order to be completed. These fees are paid to networks and other third parties, not to PIPXO. The price shown at checkout is the amount we ask you to pay, and we do not add a separate PIPXO payment-processing charge to it. Any change to that approach will be shown before you commit to a payment.
If you send more than the quoted amount, your access is activated. Please contact us and we will review the excess as described under Duplicate and excess payments. If you pay the same order twice, contact us with both transaction references so that we can review it in the same way. Prices are shown at checkout and any tax that applies is shown or explained there.
Cancellation and renewal
PIPXO does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges. If you choose not to buy again, your existing access, any unused valid credits and any MT5 eligibility continue until the end of the paid period.
Refunds and statutory cancellation rights
PIPXO does not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee. We do not give a voluntary refund, in cash or cryptocurrency, for change of mind, dissatisfaction with an analysis, unsuccessful trades, not using the access or credits you bought, unused credits, stopping early, not achieving an expected financial result, or preferring another product. Once the first paid credit of a purchase has been used, that purchase is no longer eligible for any voluntary refund.
This does not remove your legal rights. Nothing in this document limits any right or remedy that mandatory law gives you, and "no voluntary refund" does not mean "no refund in any circumstances". Refunds, repayments and other monetary remedies are provided only where mandatory law or an independently established legal obligation requires them. The sections below explain how those situations are handled.
Two confirmations. At checkout you are asked to confirm, with a tick-box that is not pre-selected, that you want access to start immediately and that you understand the cancellation terms, including lawful charges for services supplied before cancellation. Before the first paid credit of a purchase is used, you are asked to confirm that you understand that using it ends eligibility for voluntary refunds, and that first analysis does not start until our systems have recorded your confirmation for that purchase. Each confirmation is recorded by our servers with the date and time, the version of this document and the exact wording shown, and the purchase it relates to. These confirmations record your understanding of our commercial refund policy. They do not remove, and are not described as removing, any right that mandatory law gives you.
Statutory cancellation. If you are a consumer in the UK, you generally have 14 days from the day your contract is made to cancel it. For a contract to supply services, the law lets you lose that right only when the service has been fully performed, and only if you made an express request for the service to start within the 14 days and acknowledged that you would lose the right once it was fully performed. For digital content that is not on a tangible medium, the right can be lost only if you gave prior express consent to supply starting and acknowledged that you would lose the right. Using a credit does not by itself end your statutory right to cancel, and we do not treat acceptance of these Terms alone as removing it. Which of these rules applies to a particular purchase depends on how the law classifies it, and we apply the rule that the law requires. Consumers in other countries may have similar or different rights, and those rights are not affected by this document.
If you cancel within your statutory period after asking for the service to start, you pay only an amount in proportion to what has been supplied up to the time you told us you were cancelling, compared with the full coverage of the contract, calculated on the total price agreed (or, if that price is excessive, on the market value of what was supplied). If we have not given you the information or obtained the request or acknowledgement that the law requires, you do not bear that cost. We do not apply a fixed deduction per credit, and using one credit does not entitle us to keep the whole price of a multi-period package.
When you cancel under a statutory right, we refund what is due without undue delay and within 14 days of being informed of your decision, and we do not charge a fee for making the refund. Access paid for by a refunded or reversed payment ends. A reversal that the payment provider has completed already returns that payment, so it does not create an obligation to refund the same amount again.
These are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund: a trading loss or lack of profit, a setup that did not reach its Take Profit, a "No setup" result, disagreement with an analysis or with AI commentary, a change of mind after any statutory period, expiry of unused credits, or problems on your side with a broker, platform or MT5 terminal.
A request for a refund or payment correction may require us to verify the transaction, the amount we actually received, the status of the access you bought, your contractual and statutory rights, and any earlier refund or reversal. We review these situations in line with applicable law, and a repayment is made only to the extent the law or a legally established obligation requires it. These are the situations we review:
- A valid statutory cancellation, as described above.
- A duplicate payment, or an amount you paid above the price of your order: we review these against the funds actually received and still held or controlled by PIPXO or its payment provider, and we do not keep funds to which we have no lawful entitlement.
- A verified payment that has not resulted in the access you bought: we investigate and, where access can reasonably be provided, complete it. We first check whether the payment is still pending, was short, expired, was sent on the wrong network, or is delayed at the provider, and whether the delay is on our side. A delay does not by itself entitle you to a cash or cryptocurrency refund, but where the contract or mandatory law gives you a refund or other remedy, we provide it.
- A remedy that mandatory law gives you for a failure to supply the service or for a defect in it.
How money is returned, and cryptocurrency fees
Where a repayment is legally due, we send it on the same network and in the same asset to the wallet that sent the payment, unless you expressly agree to a different method. If you ask for a different wallet or network, we may need to verify it first. The value of cryptocurrency can change between your payment and a return, and where a return is made in the same asset we do not guarantee a particular fiat value.
Statutory cancellation refunds. We do not charge a fee for making the refund and we do not deduct the outgoing network fee from it. The refund is the amount the law requires, after only the deduction for services supplied that is described above. Blockchain fees that you paid to your wallet or the network when you sent the original payment went to third parties and not to PIPXO, so they are not part of the amount we received and cannot be refunded by us.
Duplicate and excess payments. We do not keep funds to which we have no lawful entitlement. For an amount you paid twice, or above the price of your order, we first verify that the funds were actually received, the amount, whether they were already refunded or reversed, and whether a return is feasible. We then return the verified amount that PIPXO or its payment provider holds or controls and that must legally be returned. Because this is the return of your own funds and not a cancellation refund, the actual outgoing network and provider charges may be deducted from the amount returned where the law allows, and we will tell you the amount before we send it. We will not extend your access in place of returning funds unless you ask us to.
Transfers we cannot recover. If a transfer was sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network or in the wrong asset, or is held by a payment provider or network, we will help you contact the provider. We cannot guarantee recovery of any transfer that is outside our control, and we return only funds that we or our provider actually hold or control and that must legally be returned.
We do not offer a voluntary refund process. If we ever agree an exceptional settlement with you, its terms will be recorded separately and will apply only to that settlement.
How to cancel or raise a payment issue
To cancel under a statutory right, to report a duplicate or excess payment, or to ask us to check a payment or a credit, email support@pipxo.com or use the Help Desk inside your account. You can state your decision to cancel in any clear way. Include your PIPXO order or payment identifier and a non-secret transaction reference, such as the transaction hash. Never send passwords, private keys, seed phrases or MT5 credentials. We will confirm receipt and reply as soon as possible.
If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution provider or the courts in your country. EU consumers can find information at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en.
Optional MT5 software
Pro and Elite include an Expert Advisor ("EA") for MetaTrader 5. You install it on your own terminal and connect it to your PIPXO account with your User ID and API key. It does not need your broker password. To use it, you choose a particular setup in PIPXO and ask for it to be sent to your terminal. The EA then submits the order to your broker through your terminal, using the levels and the lot size calculated for that setup, if the trading switch in the EA settings is on. Some setups, such as those based on reference prices or on research-stage instruments, are shown for information only and cannot be sent to MT5.
PIPXO grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the EA for your own accounts while you have eligible access. You may not copy, sell or modify it, or reverse engineer it, except as the law allows. Keep your API key private. You can revoke it at any time in your Client Area.
We provide the EA and the related PIPXO interfaces with reasonable care and skill. If you report a problem with them, we will investigate it and, where we verify a defect in our software, take reasonable steps to correct it. We do not promise that the EA or the service will be free of errors or uninterrupted, or that any defect will be corrected within a particular time, and we do not guarantee how the EA performs on your terminal, with your broker or in any market. Where mandatory law gives you a remedy for our software, that remedy is not limited by this paragraph. The responsibilities that stay with you, such as monitoring your account and your broker conditions, and the risks of automated order placement, are explained in the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer.
Fair and acceptable use
To keep PIPXO safe, fair and reliable for everyone, please do not:
- access another person's account or payment;
- bypass or interfere with account, credit, payment, MT5 or security controls, or use several accounts to get around credit limits;
- scrape, copy, resell, sublicense or systematically extract analysis, data or content;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify PIPXO software, except to the extent the law gives you that right;
- use the service unlawfully, including for fraud, money laundering, market manipulation or to evade sanctions;
- present examples as verified live performance, or pass PIPXO output on to others as advice.
Intellectual property and data
The PIPXO name and logo, the website, analysis outputs, software, analysis methods, design, text and other content belong to PIPXO or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We use the PIPXO name and logo as our brand and have not stated that they are registered trademarks. All rights are reserved, and no right to use our brand is granted except as set out here.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the analysis outputs you receive for your own trading and study. You may not republish or redistribute them as a product or a service. Market data in the service comes from third-party providers whose licence terms restrict redistribution, and those restrictions apply to you too. Nothing in this section removes any right the law gives you.
If you send us content, such as a support message or feedback, you allow us to use it to provide and improve the service and to answer you.
Suspension and ending access
You can stop using PIPXO at any time. We may suspend, restrict or end your access, with notice where reasonably practicable, if you materially or repeatedly breach these Terms, we suspect fraud or unlawful use, a payment is reversed or disputed in bad faith, or continued service creates a security, legal or regulatory risk. Ending access because of your breach does not entitle you to a refund, except as the law requires.
If we withdraw the service for reasons other than your breach, we will give you reasonable advance notice where we can and will provide the remedy that the contract or mandatory law requires for paid access you can no longer use.
How responsibility is shared
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, and we are responsible for the software, content and support that we provide. We are not able to control markets, brokers, trading platforms, data feeds, payment networks or your own devices and connection, and we are not responsible for what they do.
You decide whether, when and how to trade. You are responsible for your trading and investment decisions, the accuracy of the information you enter (such as your balance and risk percentage), your broker account and terminal, the security of your credentials, your own research and professional advice where appropriate, and the taxes and legal requirements that apply to you. PIPXO does not guarantee profit, a return or any trading result.
Our liability
Nothing in this document limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights, including that services are provided with reasonable care and skill, are not affected.
Subject to that, we are liable for loss that is caused by our breach of this agreement or our negligence and that was a reasonably foreseeable result of it. We are not liable for loss that is not caused by us. In particular, we do not accept liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, setups that do not succeed, inaccurate market predictions, Stop Loss executions, Take Profit levels not being reached, slippage, spreads, volatility, differences in broker execution, the position sizes you choose, AI commentary that does not match later market conditions, or other losses that result from your own trading decisions or inputs, from the acts or failures of your broker or of any trading platform, data or payment provider, or from events outside our reasonable control. Using or relying on an analysis does not, on its own, make a trading loss our responsibility.
This does not limit our responsibility for our own legally actionable breach, negligence or software defect where the law does not allow us to exclude it, and it does not limit the remedies the law gives you for services or digital content that are not supplied with reasonable care and skill or as described.
If you are a business customer, we are not liable for loss of profit, business or opportunity or for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim, in each case so far as the law allows.
Responsibility for misuse
If you breach the Fair and acceptable use rules or use the service unlawfully, you are responsible for the reasonable losses and costs that we suffer as a result. If you are a business customer, you also agree to cover us against third-party claims that arise from your use of the service in breach of these Terms. None of this makes you responsible for ordinary trading outcomes, and none of it applies to anything that the law does not allow us to pass on to a consumer.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay, failure or interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, cloud, power, data, payment or broker services, cyber attacks, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, market closures or halts, or government or regulatory action. We will use reasonable efforts to restore the service. This does not affect your mandatory rights or your right to a remedy for unused paid access.
Changes to these terms
We may update this document, for example to reflect product, legal or provider changes. The version and effective date are shown at the end of this page. A change applies from its effective date and does not change the terms of a purchase you have already made. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the service or by email where reasonably practicable. If you prefer not to accept a change, you can stop using the service at any time. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to the next sentence. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts of that country. We do not require arbitration. The choice of law does not override consumer-protection, data-protection, sanctions or financial-regulation rules that apply to you or to us.
If something goes wrong, please contact us first. We would like the chance to put it right quickly and informally.
General
If any part of this document is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right straight away, that is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to a successor of the service, and we will tell you where reasonably practicable. No one else has a right to enforce these Terms. This document is written in English, and any translation is for convenience.
Privacy Policy
Who is responsible for your data
PIPXO, as operator of the service, decides how and why your personal data is used and is the controller of the personal data described here. The operator's contact details are in the Contact section. For privacy questions or to use your rights, contact support@pipxo.com.
Information we process
- Account details: email address, Firebase user ID and authentication records.
- Profile, onboarding, plan, credit and analysis history.
- Analysis inputs and outputs, including the account balance and risk percentage you enter.
- Payment records: payment and order identifiers, amounts, asset and network, status and fulfilment. We do not receive your wallet's private keys.
- Support messages, security and audit logs, device and language information, and campaign attribution.
- Records of the Terms versions you accepted and when. For paid purchases this includes your checkout and first-paid-credit confirmations (the wording and version shown, the purchase they relate to and the time) and records showing which analysis request used which credit. We keep these as evidence of the agreement and to deal with disputes and claims, for as long as we need them for that purpose. For Free trial eligibility we store one-way hashed versions of your email address and IP address, not the raw values, to enforce the one-trial rule.
- If a partner referred you, the referral code and, when you buy, the plan and price paid, which we share with our partner-commission system.
- MT5 connection data if you use the optional MT5 software, such as whether your terminal is connected and the status of execution requests.
- Your email address and consent record if you choose to receive optional product updates.
Why we use it, and our legal bases
Under UK and EU data-protection law we need a legal basis for each use of your data. We rely on these:
- To provide your account, analysis, credits, payments, support and optional MT5 software: performing our contract with you.
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and handle disputes and claims: our legitimate interests in running a safe and sustainable service.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
- To measure and improve the service with Google Analytics, and to send optional product updates: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
AI processing
To write the commentary, we send market context for the setup, such as the instrument, timeframe, direction and price-action details, to an AI provider. These requests are designed not to include your name, email address or account balance. Please do not enter personal, financial-account or confidential information in any free-text field. AI commentary supports the analysis and is not a decision about you that has legal or similarly significant effects.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where UK or EU law requires a safeguard for such a transfer, the transfer relies on the mechanism available to the relevant provider, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses. You can contact us for more information.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it to deliver the service, keep it secure, reconcile payments, handle disputes and legal claims, and meet legal and accounting obligations. How long that is depends on the type of record. We do not keep personal data for longer than is necessary for these purposes.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to some processing, and to receive a portable copy. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time, and this does not affect what we did before. To use a right, email support@pipxo.com. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep limited payment, fraud, security and legal-claim records where the law allows. We respond to rights requests within the time the law requires.
You can unsubscribe from product updates with the link in any such email or from your account. Account and service messages are separate. If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. If you are in the EU or EEA, you can complain to your local data-protection authority. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.
This policy is written to meet UK and EU data-protection law. Other countries can give you additional rights, and we respect the rights that apply to you.
Children
PIPXO is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we will delete it if we learn we have.
Security
We use authentication, access rules, server-side payment fulfilment and operational safeguards to protect your data. No online service can promise absolute security, so please keep your credentials safe and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer
What PIPXO is, and what it is not
PIPXO is market-analysis software. It produces structured analysis for supported instruments, which may include a direction, potential Entry, Stop Loss and Take Profit levels, risk context and commentary. It may equally conclude that there is no setup.
PIPXO is not a broker, bank, exchange, custodian, payment institution, investment manager or financial adviser. It does not hold your money, open an account for you or manage a portfolio. Order placement happens only if you use the optional MT5 software described below and ask for a setup to be sent to your terminal.
The service is designed as analytical software and general information. How a regulator would classify any particular feature depends on the facts and the law that applies, and the description in this document does not decide that.
Not personal financial advice
The content and analysis in PIPXO is general information. It is not personal advice and it is not based on your objectives, finances, experience or risk tolerance. Lot-size and risk figures are calculations based on the balance and risk percentage you enter. They are not a recommendation that you take a trade or use a particular size.
- It is not investment, financial, tax, legal or accounting advice.
- It is not an offer, solicitation or invitation to buy, sell or hold any instrument.
- It is not a statement that any trade is suitable for you.
Trading risk
Trading Forex, CFDs, spot metals, crypto-linked products and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Many retail accounts lose money. You can lose all of the capital you commit, and with some providers you can lose more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
Past performance, including any example, backtest, simulated or historical result, does not reliably indicate future results. Such results are produced with hindsight, may not reflect real costs of execution, and can be affected by selection bias and over-fitting.
Market, leverage and execution risks
- Volatility and gaps: prices can move sharply on news or at market open, jumping past a Stop Loss and producing a larger loss than planned.
- Leverage and margin: leverage magnifies losses as well as gains. A small adverse move can wipe out your margin, and your broker may close positions without notice.
- Slippage, spread and liquidity: orders can fill at a worse price than displayed. Spreads widen in thin or fast markets. A Stop Loss does not guarantee a maximum loss or a fill at the stated price.
- Swap and rollover: holding positions overnight can cost money, particularly in gold and high-yield currencies.
- Currency risk: if your account currency differs from the instrument currency, exchange-rate moves affect your result.
- Broker and counterparty risk: your funds are held by your broker, not by PIPXO. Broker failure, rejected orders, platform outages or rule changes can cause loss.
- Leverage limits vary by country. For example, EU and UK retail limits are far lower than the maximum figures a calculator may allow. The leverage you may use is set by your broker and local law.
How analysis is produced, and its limits
Numerical levels and risk figures are calculated mainly by deterministic, rule-based logic applied to market data. AI is used mainly to explain context in words. AI commentary can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, and it is not part of the numerical calculation.
Market data comes from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. A setup can become invalid within minutes. Rules cannot foresee news, interventions or events that are not yet in price data. A setup-quality grade is a mechanical score, not a probability of profit.
We may improve or change the analysis methodology over time.
Risk and lot-size calculations
Risk and lot-size figures depend on the inputs you enter, market data, instrument specifications and stated assumptions. The calculation does not know your open positions, floating profit or loss, free margin or broker conditions. Lot rounding and minimum lot sizes can change the effective figure. Please check every figure against your own account and broker before you trade. Realised results can differ from the figures shown.
Using the optional MT5 software
The MT5 software places an order on your account only after you have asked for a particular setup to be sent to your terminal, and only if the trading switch in the EA settings is on. Turning automation on does not remove trading risk. An order can still lose money, and the result depends on your broker's execution.
Several parties are involved, and each is responsible for its own part. PIPXO is responsible for providing the analysis and its software, including the EA, with reasonable care and skill, and for investigating verified defects in them. When you ask for a setup to be sent, PIPXO's system queues that instruction for your terminal and the EA submits the order to your broker, so PIPXO software does take part in sending the instruction. It does not decide whether your broker accepts or how it executes the order. You are responsible for your terminal, internet connection, device, broker account type and settings, the accuracy of your inputs and for monitoring the orders on your account. Your broker is responsible for accepting and executing orders. Orders can be missed, delayed, rejected, duplicated or filled at a different price because of broker, platform, connectivity or market conditions, and PIPXO does not control those.
Know how to switch trading off in the EA settings and in your terminal, keep your API key secret, and do not modify the software. PIPXO may suspend or withdraw MT5 access where needed for security, misuse or legal reasons.
No guarantee of profit or results
PIPXO does not guarantee or promise any profit, return, win rate, level of accuracy or avoidance of loss. No analysis, setup, grade, level, example or AI commentary is a prediction of what the market will do.
Examples, illustrations and historical or simulated figures on the website or in the service are for explanation only and are not evidence of future performance. Marketing statements and community messages are not promises of any result. The fees you pay are for access to the software, not for any trading result.
Your decisions and your responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18 and legally permitted to use the service and to trade in your country, that you understand the risks described here, that you trade only with money you can afford to lose, and that you will check market conditions and use your own judgement before every trade.
You decide whether, when and how to trade. Using or acting on an analysis, including by enabling the MT5 software, does not make PIPXO your agent, adviser, broker or fiduciary. If you are unsure whether leveraged trading is right for you, do not trade, and seek independent advice from a suitably licensed professional.
Scams, impersonation and fraud warning
Scammers sometimes impersonate trading-analysis brands. Please stay alert, treat any of the following as a red flag, and do not respond.
- PIPXO will never ask for your password, one-time codes, MT5 or broker login, private key or seed phrase, or ask you to install remote-access software. Never send these to anyone, including support.
- PIPXO does not manage accounts, pool funds, take deposits for trading, run copy-trading schemes, or promise returns, "guaranteed" profit or "risk-free" trading.
- Pay only through the checkout inside your signed-in PIPXO account. Do not pay anyone who contacts you privately on Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or similar and offers PIPXO access, signals or "VIP" groups. Check the wallet address and network shown at checkout before sending cryptocurrency, which is usually irreversible.
- Check that you are on the correct website domain before signing in, and use only the links to PIPXO accounts published on pipxo.com.
- If you think you have been targeted or have lost money to a scam, contact your bank or payment provider and the relevant authority in your country, and tell us at support@pipxo.com. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or impersonation.
Availability of the service
Market data, AI, payment, authentication, hosting, email, broker and network providers can fail or change. We work to keep PIPXO available and accurate, but we cannot promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time or during any market event. We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Where the law allows, we exclude other warranties, such as that the service will suit a particular purpose. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Regional availability
PIPXO is not directed at anyone in a place where its use or the trading of these products would be unlawful or restricted. Being able to open the website does not mean the service is permitted where you live. You are responsible for checking the law that applies to you, including any restrictions on Forex and CFD trading and on leverage.
Possible conflicts of interest
PIPXO earns revenue from access fees, so it has a commercial interest in your use of the service. Fees are for access to the software and do not depend on the outcome of any trade you place. Partners who refer customers to PIPXO may receive a commission when a customer they referred buys access. Payment processors and other providers may charge fees.
Cookie and Tracking Policy
Analytics
Google Analytics is optional. Until you accept analytics, PIPXO does not load the Google Analytics tag or set its cookies. We configure it without Google signals and without ad personalisation. If you reject or withdraw consent, optional measurement stops and PIPXO removes the Google Analytics cookies it can access.
Preferences
Preferences remember choices such as theme and language. If you turn them off, PIPXO avoids saving new optional preference changes where that is technically practical.
Advertising
PIPXO does not currently load Google Ads tags, remarketing pixels or paid-social advertising trackers. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Version and acceptance
Version 2026-09-26. Effective 26 September 2026. Thank you for choosing PIPXO. This page explains, in plain language, how the service works, how we look after your data, the risks of trading, and how responsibility is shared between you and us. It has four parts: Terms of Service, including payments, cancellation and refunds; Privacy Policy; Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer; and Cookie and Tracking Policy. By creating an account, buying access or using PIPXO, you agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, the Risk Disclosure and Disclaimer and the Cookie and Tracking Policy. PIPXO helps you examine market conditions with structured analytical software. Trading decisions always stay with you. PIPXO does not promise profit or any trading result, and it does not act as your broker. Nothing in this document limits any right you have under mandatory law.
Trading leveraged products such as Forex, CFDs and spot metals carries a high risk of losing money, and with some providers you can lose more than you deposit. PIPXO provides market analysis only. It is not personal financial advice, and every trading decision is yours.
