Purposes

Data is used to provide and secure accounts, analysis, credits, payments, support, optional MT5 access, fraud prevention, service messages and measurement. Optional analytics requires the visitor’s choice.

Providers and transfers

Relevant providers include Firebase/Google, Google Analytics when permitted, Google Gemini where configured, Twelve Data, NOWPayments, hosting/infrastructure and transactional-email providers. Their locations and contractual safeguards apply to their processing.

Retention

PIPXO uses category-based retention and keeps data only as long as needed for service delivery, security, payment reconciliation, disputes, legal claims and applicable obligations. Exact periods depend on the record; there is no universal “keep forever” rule.

Choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a copy of personal data, and withdraw optional consent. PIPXO may verify identity and retain limited payment, fraud, security, dispute or legal-claim records where lawful.

Security

PIPXO uses authentication, access rules, server-side payment fulfillment and operational safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
